Building test stations is no trivial task and can be very time-consuming. In many cases, we tend to develop not only the test steps, but re-create common functions that are needed for every test systems--the sequencer, database and MES connectors, limits loading, report generation, and much more. It is time-consuming to develop the same functionality over-and-over again, It is a nightmare to maintain. What could you do with the extra time if you could re-use functions rather than rebuild them?
